I hold an MFA from the Staatliche Kunstakademie Stuttgart in Sculpture and Installation and an MLIS from Dominican University. With professional training as a lighting technician, nurse’s aid, organic farmer, and weaver, I currently think of myself as a writer, educator, photographer and, as of recent, as an on-demand dog walker. If I was forced to collect anything, it would be artists’ books from the last 6 decades but it’s preferable to rely on public collections for that, like the one I oversee at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Have them deal with all the dust.
